Ashleigh Q. Gallagher

Ashleigh Quinn Gallagher attended Pennsylvania State University. She graduated with Distinction in the top 10% of her graduating class. She went on to obtain her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. In law school, Ashleigh was the secretary of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She was also a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She attended the National Law Students’ Workers’ Rights Conference in 2010.

Ashleigh interned with the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 19 through the Peggy Browning Fellowship Program. She focused on counseling members on legal issues. She also participated in collective bargaining negotiations. Ashleigh also held a legal externship for the Honorable Phyllis R. Streitel. This was in the Court of Common Pleas in Chester County, PA.

In February of 2012, Ashleigh joined Pond Lehocky. She is the Senior Associate in the workers’ compensation and Social Security departments. Ashleigh focuses on workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and long-term disability law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. She belongs to the American Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in a Union family. Her father was a Communication Workers of America union representative for 20 years. Ashleigh now devotes her time to aiding injured workers.
