BIO

Brynn Lapszynski is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Giordano Disability where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled.

Ms. Lapszynski began her career at Pond Lehocky Giordano Disability working in the firm’s headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2014, she moved to New York to establish the firm’s New York office. Since that time, Ms. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in more than 1,000 hearings within the 5 boroughs; Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties; and northern New Jersey.

Ms. Lapszynski was recently named to a Super Lawyers Rising Star list for the New York City Metro Area. This list is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the New York Metro Area receive this distinction.

Ms. Lapszynski received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York state and was recently granted admission to the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
